If this is how it goes and you are gonna be sad everyday
Then for your own sake, skip the sadness just for today

Today there will be no questions without answers
No two-faced disturbing monsters.

Things you will do won't leave you dazed and confused
And for the mistakes you commit, today you won't be accused

We will watch the movie show, We will watch the falling snow
we will watch the moon grow, and no one will ever know.

Then skip to the zoo and, listen to the street band
Raid the kiosk stand, but nothing that is planned.

Old sour memories will wash away with the flood of happiness
Crash a party and when caught say,"Woops, wrong address."

Teach yourself to smile even when you are blue
Don't look back for people with whom you are through.

Have no fear when the day is still out there
Today you will have sweet dreams instead of your nighmare.

So if you are gonna be sad tomorrow, be happy today
Because I know more than anyone tomorrow there will be not same as today.
