I said the truth and it hurt so bad
It made me a friend you wish you never had
When I am sick of it, of your sacrosanct rant
I tell you to shut the hell up and you say I am arrogant
It was you who asked me an opinion about yourself
I showed you the mirror and you started to doubt yourself
So why come to me when you have some of the liars you call friends
They'll speak enough lies to you, waiting to meet their ends.
They want to build a friendship on lies, its their shame
I'll speak the truth only, you point the finger, I'll take the blame
Yeah, damn I am arrogant, and I speak it on your face
Stop running from it and embrace your disgrace
If you ask for a comment, I'll write my mind
It has no hidden meanings that you would wish to find
If its good, I am with it, If its bad I'll say it
Don't expect me to stitch up a lie and make you wear it
You say I am arrogant, so yeah I am arrogant
I will speak the same twice, I said what I meant
What I speak might hurt you and even make you frown
But know that it will only help you from falling down.
