All the zebras in the plain
Eating grass but looking inane
Striped are all in black and white
What a sight when all unite!
I wonder how they know who is who?
The stripes are all same, giving no clue.
Still they find the one they need
Like there is something that we can't read.
Then I came to know how animals see
They look inside you whatever the outer side be
They don't see the stripes painted on the skin
So they can even distinguish you from your twin.
If only we had eyes like them
The world would be saved from every mayhem
We should learn not to look at the stripes
But have a look in the heart though the person's eyes.
All of your poems are fantastic. :)
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work! I enjoyed reading them. :)
